1. All Sales Are Final: Once a data SIM card is purchased from [Your Company Name], all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any SIM card purchases, regardless of whether the SIM card has been activated or used.
2. No Guarantees on Network Coverage or Performance: While we make every effort to ensure reliable network coverage and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service in all locations or under all circumstances. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds based on perceived issues with network coverage or performance.
3. Activation Fees and Usage Charges: Any activation fees or charges incurred upon purchasing and activating a data SIM card are non-refundable. Additionally, usage charges accrued while using our data services are non-refundable, even in cases of unused data.
4. Expiry and Renewal: Data SIM cards may have expiration dates or require periodic renewal to maintain service. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of these terms and take appropriate action to avoid service interruptions. We do not offer refunds for expired or lapsed service due to failure to renew.
5. Exceptions: In rare cases of proven product defects or errors on our part, we may consider offering replacements or credits at our discretion. Such cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and any decisions made by WAGPL will be final.
